HydroStat 3000

The Fuel Smart HydroStat is standard equipment on many premier boiler lines.  It can also be used as a universal replacement control to improve the performance and fuel efficiency of older cold-start gas boilers equipped with smaller, single-function Aquastats.

Three Function Control:

  Replaces cold-start Hi-Limit Aquastats*
• Low Water Cut-Off
  Protects boiler from damaging dry-fires
• Fuel Saving Boiler Reset
  Saves fuel by reducing the boiler temperature during non-peak demand

The compact Model 3000 is designed to replace and upgrade smaller, high-limit Aquastats common on many cold-start gas boilers. It includes wire harnesses for easy connections to either transformer-style Control Centers or Integrated Boiler Control Modules equipped on most cold-start gas boilers. Like other Fuel Smart HydroStat models, the Model 3000 is a threefunction control and features easy to use Dial-Type Settings, LED Status Lights, a LWCO Test Button and Thermal Pre-Purge.
